Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 24, 2026
1. Introduction
GOAT AI Solutions ("GOAT," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you: (a) visit goatsolutions.ai and its subdomains (the "Site"); (b) create an account or use our platform, visitor-identification pixel, CRM, analytics, and related products (the "Services"); or (c) are a consumer whose personal information is processed through the Services. Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Terms of Service and, for clients, the Self-Service Terms of Service accepted at signup. For California residents, this Policy also serves as our notice at collection.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. Contact information (name, email address, phone number, company name), account credentials and profile information, communications you send us, information submitted through forms and scheduling tools, and payment information, which is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers.
Information collected automatically. IP address and device information, browser type and operating system, pages visited, time spent, referral source, and navigation patterns, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including our own visitor-identification technology. That technology may recognize your device and associate your browsing activity with contact or profile information that we or our data partners maintain, such as email addresses, hashed identifiers, and online profiles.
Information from third parties. We receive information from identity-resolution and enrichment partners, advertising and analytics providers, platforms you connect through integrations, and publicly available or licensed sources.
3. Consumer Information We Process Through the Services
We process personal information in two distinct roles.
On behalf of our clients (service provider / processor). Our clients use the Services to collect and resolve visitor and contact data from their own websites and systems. For that data, the client is the business that determines the purposes of processing, and we act solely as its service provider. We process such information only to provide the Services, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for our own purposes except as permitted by law. If you are a visitor to or customer of one of our clients, please direct privacy questions and requests to that business; we will assist it as required by law.
For our own business (controller). We obtain information from data partners and other lawful sources to resolve, match, and enrich records ("enrichment data"). This may include identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, postal address, and online identifiers), professional information, commercial and interest signals, and internet activity information. We maintain processes designed to exclude information relating to individuals known to us to be under eighteen (18) and categories of sensitive personal information such as health conditions, precise geolocation, race or ethnicity, religious beliefs, and sexual orientation, and to suppress records subject to verified opt-out or deletion requests received by us or our data partners.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to: provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services; process transactions and send related information; perform identity resolution, matching, enrichment, audience, and analytics functions that make up the Services; respond to inquiries and provide support; send transactional and, with your consent, marketing communications; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues; comply with legal obligations; and create aggregated and de-identified data. Where we process de-identified data, we maintain it in de-identified form and do not attempt to re-identify it, except as permitted by law to test our de-identification processes.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information to: service providers and contractors that support the Site and Services (such as hosting, payments, communications, and analytics providers); identity-resolution, enrichment, and advertising partners; platforms and tools you choose to connect through integrations; professional advisors; government authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; and successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. The categories of personal information disclosed for these purposes may include identifiers, commercial information, internet activity information, professional information, and inferences.
Some of our disclosures of Site-visitor information to identity-resolution and advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Sections 6 and 7. We do not sell or share personal information that we process on behalf of our clients, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under eighteen (18).
6. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Opt-Out Preference Signals
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 2. You can manage preferences through the Cookie Preferences option in the Site footer and through your browser settings. Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device that sends the signal.
7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate personal information; delete personal information; receive a portable copy of personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a right to limit under applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
How to exercise your rights. Email us at support@goatsolutions.ai with the subject line "Privacy Request," or use the Cookie Preferences tool and opt-out preference signals described in Section 6 for cookie-based sale and sharing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may ask for information such as confirmation of your email address to do so. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request with proof of authorization. If your request relates to information we process on behalf of one of our clients, we will direct you to that business and assist it as required by law.
Appeals. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject line "Appeal," and we will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, considering the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purposes for which we process it, applicable legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and the need to establish or defend legal claims. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
9. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption of personal information in transit and at rest, role- and permission-based access controls, logging and monitoring, and periodic security assessments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site and Services are intended for business users and are not directed to anyone under eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen (18), and we maintain processes designed to exclude such information from the Services. If you believe we have collected information about someone under eighteen (18), contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Users
We operate the Site and Services from the United States, and personal information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site or Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and where applicable law requires safeguards for such transfers, we will implement them.
12. SMS and Email Communications
When you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages about our software and data services, including transactional and account-related messages and, only with separate consent, marketing messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help; opting out of transactional SMS may impair delivery of time-sensitive service notices. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out of marketing at any time without affecting transactional communications.
13. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site and Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including scheduling tools and payment processors. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site and updating the "Last Updated" date above. For material changes, we will provide notice on the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
